Refund and Cancellation Policy

2. Returns and Refunds:

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 3 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

3. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately (within 1 day of delivery) with photos of the item and its packaging.

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.
